We have a double casement window with a crescent shaped window above it on the west facing side of our home. The lower casement windows have plantation shutters which are fine at blocking afternoon sun but there is nothing to block the sun coming thru the crescent window. I know there are plantation shutters that can be designed to incorporate the crescent window shape but don't want the big expense of replacing existing plantation shutters. I would prefer to find some kind of separate window treatment just for the crescent shaped window.
Any recommendations where to find such a window treatment? Or, can you recommend a company that makes custom window treatments?
Thanks for any suggestions.

Consider frosted window film or perhaps something like this:

Use your favorite search engine with something like "DIY cover crescent window" - to see lots of possibilities.

We installed window film on the crescent shapes that cut down the amount of sun light entering the room.
When we have guests sleeping in the guest room overnight, we cut Styrofoam panels to put into the crescent windows to further block the sun..:bigbow::bigbow:

Up north our house had these on the two guest bedrooms. One bedroom was used as such, so we cut a cardboard to place in the window when we had anyone spend the night. Otherwise they didn't need a covering. I do know you can spend a bunch of money and get blinds made to fit, if that's the way you want to go. Check at Lowes if that's what you're thinking you want to do.

That is similar to the window we have. Can you share with me where you got that window treatment?
