I don't know anything about insurance (I paid cash for my implants), but I recommend Dr. Sagili of Lake Advanced Dentistry, located in Lady Lake across US 441 from the WAWA being built there. I like the doctor and his staff, and the entire process went very well.

Since Retiredguy123 hasn't seen this yet I might as well throw this out. Costa Rica! less than 1,000 Direct flight from Orlando for less than 500.00. Most of these guys are US trained and just work on Americans
