We visited Mt Dora and walked for blocks to visit the Museum of Speed. The sing on the door said "I'll be right back" and a gentleman appeared near the front doors. He asked what we wanted and we told him we were there to see the museum. He let us know that he closed the museum the beginning of May and sold the building in 8 days. No signs indicating it's closed anywhere and the web site doesn't mention it either.

On the facebook page for Museum of Speed, there is a comment from someone who visited on May 1. He said, "It was great. Truly enjoyed it. Too bad it's closing."

But nothing is said on the FB page about closing.
