I am looking for a group that does physical therapy that gives me exercises, stretches & pain reduction machines so I work my way out of needing them.

I get a pinched nerve feeling in the bottom of my spine - no actual bad disk or pinched nerve

Try an inversion table. I have been using mine for about 30 years.

CBD oil has helped my lower back.

Agree, works like a charm for my sore back and knees. No more daily Aleve or Ibuprofen. I prefer the CBD gummies over the oil.

I've got extensive arthritis in my back. Different things work for different people. I got dizzy on the inversion table and CBD didn't do much for me but certainly worth a try.
I've had some success with 2 things, but I'll tell you, it's a daily battle. Yoga is the first, stretch your back out. Fran has a great class on Mondays/Fridays to get into it. Second is an acupressure mat, which "hurts so good" and which works for me. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07L23DLNC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
