New choice in rugs: Ruggables!

Anyone ever tried these, looks like a fascinating concept that comes in various sizes. Considering but would like to hear from anyone who has one now or in the past.

We did research this new concept. Cover itself is 1\8” fabric, that is stain and waterproof. However, after reading reviews from 2 private review companies, QVC and Amazon. There were good reviews, and some not so great. We chose not to purchase.
While seem like a great idea, those with pets said accidents soaked thru to pad which is not washable. Pad was thin and did not provide much cushion. Takes two people to put cover back on and may be difficult to get lined up correctly. Plus the size we were looking at would not fit in our washer.
