If you're using hulu they're aware of it and working to fix it. Just got a call back on the same problem.

On what? Need to be l little more specific. Comcast? Hulu? Amazon? Netflix? (Which would all lead back to Comcast or whoever your ISP is.
But no for Comcast, Netflix or Amazon for me.

Your equipment may be outdated.
Seems xfinity changes their routers and modems to the newest version every few years

I bought separate modem and router. The modem rarely changes, but the router needs to be upgraded every few years.
