Horse farm on Hwy 301

We drove by the huge horse farm north of hwy 42 last week and noticed a 'Sold' sign on one of the walls. There were tree trimmers and tractors mowing. It looks like it will be inhabited soon.

You are right. Mr. Rainey just happens to own " Rainey Asphalt " and surprise surprise asphalt's the Villages roads and repairs them.
