New to Talk of TV-can't reply to private messages

I can read my Private messages and click reply but I get the message that was sent to me. I delete that but can't type in the box that looks like this one. What am I doing wrong?

I can read my Private messages and click reply but I get the message that was sent to me. I delete that but can't type in the box that looks like this one. What am I doing wrong?

When you read your PM, go to the box BELOW the message your read, you will see the message you just read, go to the bottom of the message, type your reply, and hit send/reply and you should be good to go.
