Speed Up Gas Club Car

I would like to get 2019 Kohler powered Club Car up to 25mph. Can this be done with a governor adjustment? thank you

How fast will it go once the high speed gears are installed and does it lose a lot of bottom end torque so it doesn't accelerate from a stop or pull up hills as strong?
