Hummingbird Moth seen at the little duck pond at Glenview.

That’s a great picture. Years ago, in Indiana, I took a picture of one as I originally thought it was an odd looking hummingbird. Did some research and finally figured out what it was. Your pic is much better than mine was.

Looks like it has a crayfish (crawldad) tail. Very unusual!
