Motorized Garage screen

Having a house built with the golf cart garage. Was thinking of adding a motorized screen on the golf cart garage to add ventalation to garage. I think it will add enough even if smaller than doing the full size double garage door.
Anyone done this? how has it worked? Whats average cost for it? Looked in Lowes but they don't have size to fit golf cart garage door of about 5'10". Should be a simple job to self install.
