Yamaha 2019 Gas - steering wheel

I want to remove. Underneath the steering wheel are several holes where screws should be. What’s there is not a screw. How do I remove the connectors that are holding the face of the steering wheel (the score card holder)?

On my '97, it just popped off. However, getting the steering wheel off the shaft was a lot of work!!

That’s what I’ve been thinking of doing as the “screws “ look like compression studs.
