Beware when doing business with these people. Gave Villages Golf Cart Man a WDW Mr. Toad's Wild Ride car for conversion to a golf cart in January 2016. $30k+ and still have not seen my car/golf cart. I have filed a law suit, gone through mediation and still no car to this day. These legal fees cost $14K. They keep moving locations. They do not deliver as promised or according to contract. They will tell you they are working on it over and over again.

I was told on 21 August 2019. They do not have the resources or funds to do work.

At this point, I just want my car back!

Be careful before doing business with these people!!! They will customize your wallet not a golf cart.

OP, contact seniors against crime, part of the attorney general, maybe they can help, little or no cost to you.

I didn't even think he was still in business and I try to stay on top of things in this business. I know he was moving around a lot, never a good sign. Good luck at getting a conclusion to your issue. Wish I could be of more help.

His website is still working, but if you had done a search on TOTV you would of found numerous complaints dating back to 2011. That's why you should always come here and do a search before signing a contract with anyone around TV.

We bought our first golf car from him in 2014 and it was a nightmare. Took over 4 1/2 months to get a golf cart that we could could have gotten almost anywhere the next day. This guy ranks right up there with the likes of Service Smart. RUN AWAY and DO NOT pay any money in advance. Once he's got it, he's like smoke in the wind.
