I don't get it, I thought it was the year round Florida residents that moved very slow and had no idea when to turn. The snowbirds are usually accused of being in too much of a hurry, disableing the governors on their golf carts, and knowing when to turn but not using their blinkers.

I find it hard to laugh at a weather event that is creating terrible havoc for a country and taking lives.
