Has anyone used ASI insurance for a claim? What was your experience? Good/Bad?

I have them and I think they are now partnered with Progressive. I have not had a claim though so can't help on that.

We’ve has ASI since 2005, and had a small claim approx $2500 following the Feb 2, 2007 tornado. ASI sent an adjuster within a week, and we had a check the following week. TV was a new market for them at the time and they handled our claim quickly and to our complete satisfaction. We’ve kept them since.

ASI is now part of Progressive. We recently had a substantial claim due to water damage. They were accommodating beyond my expectations including covering damage that didn't show up until a couple of months later. I highly recommend.

Lightning hit our Sylvester palm in May and took out an old television. Per ASI, trees are insured to a maximum of $500 and the deductible was $500. Nevertheless, they promptly sent us a check for $700+. Not enough to replace the tree but enough to pay to take it down.

Just switched this year because American Integrity keep raising their rates year after year. We were able to save approx $300 going with ASI and bundled with our Progressive auto insurance and saved another 10%. Have not had a reason to file a claim as of yet.
