Looking for a floorplan for a house model from 1996 called the "Cordoba Grande". Anyone know how I can find one

If you own the house, you may be able to go to the county building department and get your actual house plans. Otherwise, try Lyle grant, he seems to have a lot of TV info.

I'm trying to find room dimensions without measuring :-)

I understand that I might be able to get specs from some county office. The house is in Hacienda South in Sumter County.

Also curious about the original layout.

You were right.... Lyle had a layout of the Cordoba, but not the Cordoba Grande. But that is kinda close enough.

Lyle provided layout for Cordoba but NOT the Cordoba Grande.

The house has 3 bdrms plus den and 3 baths. Also a garage + golf cart garage. It is approximately 2600 sq ft.

Do a property search on sumterpa.com with your name. When your parcel comes up on the screen in the top right side under where it says 2018 Certified Values in red click on "show bldg. sketch". This will give you your home's footprint with some measurements. :ho:
