I need to have some bushes trimmed at my Patio Villa. I'd do it myself but I'm not there now. Who have you used and what should the job cost?

I'd recommend a company we know but the last time they came, at the end of June, the bill was $400., or $50. per man hour. DH doesn't want to do the work but he is loathes paying that rate for "unskilled" labor so we just watch the bushes grow.

$400 to trim bushes??? I don't blame you for wanting to let them grow. The last time I had my courtyard villa bushes trimmed as a special job for my grass cutter, I paid $55. They only need trimming about 3 times per year.

I trimmed our bushes this summer. It took me a few days of hard work. But they are done and still have $400 in my pocket for something else.

I had Choice Maintenance out this week and they did a great job. I have a Designer corner lot with lots of bushes. They charged $210 for a one time trim. You can email them at choicemaintenancemarion@hotmail.com or call 352-502-2889 and they will come to your house and send you an estimate.
