ceiling fan install

Hello all,
I'm looking to replace a couple of older ceiling fans. One needs to to be replaced from a 12 ft ceiling. Can anyone recommend a reasonable installer? We are north of 466.

I know if you take out an interior wiring insurance policy with Duke Energy and I would suppose Seco that they install one fan per year for free and any more than the free one at a reduced rate. It sounds like a good deal to me. Good Luck.
