Xfinity in Monarch Grove

Does anyone in Monarch Grove have Xfinity for internet. They appear to be the cheapest for internet only. Read some posts saying they did not think Xfinity was in Monarch Grove. Having house built so no address we can enter address on there web site to determine availability

I live in Monarch Grove and use it for Internet and steaming.

I came here searching for what internet provider works well. We will be moving to Marsh Bend in a couple of weeks.
Are there caps or data limits? I stream a lot.

Planning a move to TV within the next 6 to 9 months. Curious if the Xfinity internet is a consistent connection. I have had Xfinity before and there always seemed to be periodic outages at the least opportune times (I work from home and depend heavily on the internet). Also curious as to the speeds available. Thanks so much!
