The newspaper reported it was a spec building. I think the developer pretty much knows who/what is going to occupy that space. We are rooting for an Applebees/Chilis/pub type business.

Duncan Donuts was announced in the Daily Sun a few weeks ago. Hope it has better service than the other two!
