No cable service in Dunedin. Just wondering how widespread this is?

the xfinity app on your phone will tell you what and where with prediction for return of service.

We’re ok in Santiago; cable working. Hope it has cleared up by now.

After spending hours on the phone I found out they had disconnected our service! We are moving and had scheduled them to move service on the 22nd but for whatever reason they thought we wouldn’t want cable for 11 days 😡. In addition, they INSISTED for the first hour that it was an area wide outage.

Over the years, I have used the online tech chat for service and repairs. It's just something you might try sometime. I hope you get your service soon.
