Tai Chi is a category of exercise called moving meditation; the ancient Chinese practice combines slow, gentle, deliberate movements, meditation and breathing exercises.
The benefits of Tai Chi include a reduced fall risk and improvements in balance, mobility and overall health.
Join us for Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention twice a week from noon to 1pm Tuesdays and Thursdays, Jan. 14 to March 5, at The Villages Regional Hospital, East Campus, classroom 1 on the second floor.
