where and how do i purchase extra pull out shelving for our pantry? would like to add some extra, does the contractor sell them or do i need someone to make them for me.?:

Call warranty. They will have the name of the manufacturer. They, in turn, will have the correct size.

Exactly! We needed some repairs to our new cabinets and we asked the repair person about them. He quoted a price for additional pullouts and the exact cabinets that were installed originally. Perfect fit and finish plus the price was about the same as the aftermarket companies. Good luck.
