Interesting, thanks for the information. It’s true in my mind that the last 20 years has gone by much quicker than the previous 20 years. Time doesn’t change but according to this theory our minds do change. That seems arguably true to me.

Article is BS.
However the answer is math related.
When we are 10 years old, 1 year was impressed in our brain as 1/10 of our life.
When we are 70 that same year is perceived as 1/70 of our life. 1/70 is much, much, much smaller/shorter than 1/10.

When you age, you stop doing things you don’t like, you take mid day naps, you play a lot and your happy.
If you want to slow down the aging process move to the most boring place you can find, eat food you don’t like, sit alone in a dark rom, turn off all radios and TVs.
