Well, we put a binder down on a new house in Boxwood Villas section of Pennecamp...with a closing in August. Whew! Guess we'll be Bonita Babies. Really looking forward to coming down and staking out my territory, lol.

This site has been a big help in figuring things out...I'm sure I'll have questions. Right now, I'm too stunned.

Mickey and I live in CT, and have a semi-small dog (30 lbs) that was rescued from Georgia. Now, he'll be coming back south...wonder if he'll have flashbacks. His name is Romeo. I'm sure he'll like the dog parks.

Right now, we'll be snow birds...but soon that may change in a year or two.:clap2:
