Remember the members of the New Black Panther Party at the polling place in Philadelphia during the Presidential election? Ohhh, it's going to get interesting now. The men were found guilty of voter intimidation and then, when Eric Holder took over, charges were dropped before sentencing.

You gotta hear what the lead prosecuting attorney for the US Department of Justice has to say about the Obama US Commission on Civil Rights and the US Department of Justice.

"The former Civil Rights Division lawyer who quit the Justice Department after he was denied permission to speak about his work on a controversial voter intimidation case will testify before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights next month," according to an article in Main Justice magazine.

He will be on Fox News with Megyn Kelly at 2 p.m. today, June 30.

Here is part of his story in his own words:

If you see one of these Panthers at a poll ignore him like he doesn't exist.

Vote and ignore him again as you leave.

This former attorney with the DOJ is now being labeled a "disgruntled" employee.
How's that for spin?

I believe that Eric Holder and Obama are racists. Imagine if the thugs were white and wouldn't let minorities vote? I just cannot believe that they are not prosecuting these hoodlums.

The did prosecute them and two others including the head of The New Black Panther Party. They were all found guilty.

Actually, none of them bothered to show up for court or file any legal paperwork. A judge told the United States Dept. of Justice prosecutors to come back with a recommendation of a penalty. Before they could, Obama and Holder stepped in and the cases was dismissed except for the goon holding the blackjack club. He was told not to go near that particular polling place for an amount of time. I can't remember now. But just that one polling place in Phillie.

Just for the record...

"In emotional and personal testimony, an ex-Justice official who quit over the handling of a voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party accused his former employer of instructing attorneys in the civil rights division to ignore cases that involve black defendants and white victims.

J. Christian Adams, testifying Tuesday before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, said that "over and over and over again," the department showed "hostility" toward those cases. He described the Black Panther case as one example of that -- he defended the legitimacy of the suit and said his "blood boiled" when he heard a Justice official claim the case wasn't solid.

"It is false," Adams said of the claim.

"We abetted wrongdoing and abandoned law-abiding citizens," he later testified.
