Looking for the best and most reliable internet provider in the Monarch Grove area. Hopefully one that doesn’t play with their speed that can and will effect streaming. I’m not sure of who even services the area. Thanks in advance for any help.

I think you are limited to Spectrum or Xfinity.

Are they the only 2 providers right now because the area is just that new? Of the 2 mentioned which is the more reliable?

Xfinity has a 4 mo contract for that price. What is monthly charge after that?

Not sure where you got the 4 month time frame from. But its

100Mbps INTERNET
$40.00/mo
for 12 months
with 1-Year Agreement

Direct from Xfinity web site and confirmed by phone with Xfinity its a 1 year contract after which price goes up $23.00 per month for cost of $63.00 But at that time just change to Spectrum and get there new customer price which is sure to be less than the $63. Or drop internet for 60 days from Xfinity and you can sign back up as new customer and get new customer discount. If a snowbird this is easy to do.

Just got out of chat with Xfinity and was told a way to avoid higher cost after 1 year is to re order service at address in different name such as wife or GF and you do not have to do the 60 day wait time to get new customer discount. I suggest if doing the name change you check it out yourself with xfinity.

UPDATE:
With Spectrum you have to discontinue service for 30 days to be considered a new customer and be eligible for new customer incentives. On a side note Spectrum is $49.99 which includes modem you have to provide or rent router and after the 1 year contract its an increase of $15.00 per month. Also if your a snowbird and gone for extended period of time you can pay $5.00 per month and have service put on hold while your gone.
