Has anyone else had trouble with Fertigator. Have annual contract for 2019 and they have done nothing since October and do not respond to email or phone messages. Canceled their service after five bushes died and they blamed insect control - which they were supposed to be doing. Since then, nothing.

No trouble here fired them about 5 years ago
1st year was great then the down hill slide like all lawn service companies

Have used them for over 6 years and never an issue.

Annual contracts are a bad idea. I have Massey and I only pay them when they perform a service. No service, no payment. It's called leverage. An annual contract only benefits the lawn care company.

So, you canceled their services and now you're actually upset that they haven't done any work since and won't respond to email or phone messages?
Amazing! What does the word "cancel" mean to you?
I've had a full-service contract with Fertigator for 5 years and have been very pleased with the service they've provided.

Have them for 9 years now. Always return my calls, and stopped by when I had concerns.

I was confused with the OP post as well.
Probably confused Fertigator as well.

I fired them 2 years ago. Too many no shows.

To clear up any confusion, I specifally asked that they finish the 2019 contract year and then cancel the service for 2020.

I have had their services for 3 years and will sign again in 2020. Every single concern is address quickly, with apologies. I have never had a “no-show” problem but did have a problem with a newly hired crew. They replaced the crew quickly and the issue has not been repeated. As long as they keep performing to the high standard they promise, I will continue the contract.

I cancelled them a year-and-a-half ago. My whole lawn got infected with some kind of a bug. My play me them but nothing was done to help. It's a shame when they first started they were good

We have never had a problem with them —I don’t think you can email them and expect a response. I have always had a prompt response when calling during office hours.

I've had an annual contract with Massey for 17 years and they are very responsive, even provided lawn plugs where an area turned brown
