except Mexico/USA, Pakistan/Afghanistan?
It works because the obstacles to entry have been established and ARE ENFORCED!
Obama confirmed AGAIN in his speech today that the USA/Mexican border is "un-enforceable"! The USA/Mexican border crossings are un-enforceable because he and his administration do not want to enforce the existing laws.
He said the AZ law is un-enforceable which means the federal law is likewise since the AZ is a direct reflection of the federal law.....except for enforcement means.
His speech today was his typical campaign rhetoric with broad, generalized, nothing new statements on the subject....and of course, as usual...NO specifics.
The scary part of it all is the easiest of all to implement is the existing law simply being enforced. Such a simple goal. Make entry via Mexico work with the same effort, rules, manning and ENFORCEMENT as NYC, LA, Chicago, et al.
Flow issues of any kind seems to be a problem for Obama and his so called team.
