Does anyone else have a hard time opening their kitchen window? I have given up trying to open it. Is there anything I can do to make it easier to open?

I was told to use silicon spray. It worked for me.

OP, how old is the house? Some older houses may have springs or counter weights, which if they fail make the window hard to open. Newer houses tend to have vinyl windows, where the silicone spray may help. I agree with above there was a lot of info on the other thread.

Yes yes and yes. All windows. No lip on them to get fingers under
