Possible chance for a Costco in Ocala (?)

Went to Costco, Lutz, today; 2 sales personnel told me Costco representatives are searching potential land sites in Ocala. Undoubtedly near the freeway. Also, a manager said 50% of the personnel come from the local city and 50% are transfers in order to teach hands on.
He said they evaluate many factors in their decision making.
Let's hope we qualify !!

They are probably searching for possible land sites in just about every city in Florida and the US as well so I guess that could be true.
