Decorative lanai screening

Does anyone have the decorative screening on their lanai, usually pool owners, that show a scene like fish or trees, etc.

I'd like to know:
a) who makes and installs these products
b) can you see out through them
c) can outsiders see into them at night

I recently had all of my patio and window screens replaced by Todds Screen Repair in Leesburg. They were regular screens, but I think Todds would be a good start in your search. Good Luck!!!
