Old Computers

I have 2 old computers with Windows 7. How do I wipe them clean and then how do I dispose of them?

Have you considered converting them to Linux? It's a free operating system, good for speeding up an old Windows computer.

I wouldn't try to wipe it clean. Get a sledge hammer, take it out in your yard, and destroy the hard drive. Then, take it to Staples.

I agree with above, I always destroy the hard drives.

I can convert them to Linux Mint for you at your house in front of you. You then can continue to use them or give them to some deserving person. LInux works a better than Windows. PM me.
