Reply to thread then thread does not show up!

Once upon a time when one replied to a thread the reply was shown and the thread went immediately to a new post status.
Now after one replies, the reply is shown but the thread with the new reply does not go to new posts....until some time (?) later.

Was there ever a conclusion on this issue?

Nope.


It was a lovely change they made.


Now you must go to "Today's Posts" to find it.

Go to "Quick Links" and click on Today's Posts and you'll see the post.
