These are the people Obama and Eric Holder dismissed the case against for voter intimidation. They were found guilty and then just before sentencing, Holder said to dismiss the case. The ongoing controversy is much more than this. The things that a US Justice Dept. prosecutor is testifying about before a Congressional Committee this week are very disturbing. The prosecutor with some 15 years in the DOJ quit his job because of this and is speaking out now about what happened, and what is happening in the DOJ Civil Rights division.
This is a National Geographic documentary clip:

Are you absolutely sure that these guys were convicted and then the DOJ dropped the case? You stated that in your original post...after watching some testimony on this the other day I believe that you might be incorrect on that point. I am in no way agreeing with this decision just clarifying a point.

I am 100 percent sure. They did not bother to show up nor did they submit any legal proceedings for the case. They were found guilty in their absence. When the judge proceeding over the case told the prosecutors to come back and file the penalty for the group, that is when the White House stepped in. The complaint was submitted by Michael B. Mukasey (the then-Attorney General of the United States), Grace Chung Becker of the DOJ Civil Rights Division, H. Christopher Coates, Robert Popper, and J. Christian Adams, of the DOJ Civil Rights Division Voting Section.
The lawsuit was ignored by the three men and therefore by default they were technically guilty. Later – the charges against all three men were officially dropped. Only Maurice Heath remains under restriction – he is not allowed to go within a one hundred foot distance of any polling station in Philadelphia until 2012.

Obama should be impeached and his whole administration should go to jail. This is a huge stain on American history.

I am sorry but HIS WHOLE ADMINISTRATION SHOULD GO TO JAIL
That is just down right silly.

If this was reversed and it was a White Supremacist group doing the same exact thing to African-Americans under the Bush Presidency, I dare say, you would not find this silly. I think you would be calling for Bush's head on a platter. Am I wrong?

You are absolutely wrong...you have NOT read my post. Just jumped on the Bush thing......
What I found silly was in BOLD which anyone could see....it is silly to say the the entire Obama administration should go to jail. End of story.

No, you are not wrong. They wanted his head on a platter for much less.
