We have lost all the PBS channels on on our Comcast feed. This happens on all four of our boxes. Spent an hour with tech support troubleshooting so now a tech is coming out on Friday. Anyone else having this problem?

The loss of PBS signals is not just you. As above noted the station itself is out of service. What is really shocking is that Comcast apparently does not know it and is wasting your time and the service tech by coming to your house.

Thanks. That time on the phone with Comcast is an hour of my life I’ll never get back. Ridiculous they didn’t know the answer since the first agent I talked to said I wasn’t the first to call about the problem this week.

You will see a hefty charge on your next Comcast bill for that service call too

Comcast also has removed TCM from their line-up, cable co. seem to do this all the time.

I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with a DirecTV rep who checked "her resources" and couldn't tell me a reason, or when it would be remedied.

And they still have all the programs listed in their guide. They should at least take those off and say 'off the air.'

Yes. Comcast tech said we don’t need a new box. You will be charged for box. Call 855-761-8885. They gave me the correct answer.

Comcast has no idea what is going on with pbs but I heard about the antenna yesterday mom tried the station for pbs and it was back on. Can’t believe that Comcast or ixfinity had no clue 🤔

You need to rescan your unit (tv) in order to receive the new signals from PBS. Only takes a minute or two - check the PBS site for instructions or just Google your tv model number and check for scanning instructions.

I spent 45 minutes on the phone with comcast NOT ONE PERSON knew PBS was off line for a few days
The tech came to my house and said it was my wiring!!!!! PBS is back on no electrician necessary 🤯🤯🤯🤯

A tech told me that comcast has been having technical issues with PBS. It seems that the FCC is having PBS change frequencies and it is causing disruptions with the service.

WUCF was off the air to replace their antenna.
Spectrum had a direct feed versus getting their signal off the air.
