Anyone try to return the box for a refund? Is it legal? Can anyone shed some light on the company?

If you are referring to what is being sold on a Firestick or an Android box similar to that, in places like Marion Market or on eBay yes, it's illegal not that anyone is going to be arrested for it (other than POSSIBLY the seller). If it's cheap the chances are it's an ill eagle.
