Come on people, your driving is awful. When you are backing out of the mail box area(or any parking lot) in your car OR your golf cart, YOU are backing out into traffic. YOU DO NOT HAVE the right of way. Look over both shoulders (you can do it) then look again and in back of you as well . THEN proceed to back up if it is clear.

Hope you feel better after venting. The people on TOTV constitute a small percent of the people living in TV. It is very possible that your target audience doesn’t log onto TOTV, and if they do, they either think “oops, will do better next time”, or “they aren’t talking about me.” Same goes for drivers committing other misdeeds.
