We have boarded our Westie at the vet for 1-2 days, but it is pretty expensive.

We are looking for a good place to board her for up to 2 weeks for a vacation trip.

Any suggestions are welcome, especially places that will let us visit to see the facility in advance.

Thanks.

I found our vet to be reasonable at $21.00 per day.

We always use Bedtime Tails, a really nice kennel in Summerfield, just of 301. They are great people who really care for their customers, and the facility is perfect. Our dog gets his own 5x7 room with a sliding screen door, never a cage of any kind. There are several very large fenced-in areas for exercise. It is not cheap, but to us it is well worth the cost to have our dog in a safe, comfortable place and never in a cage.

Ditto. There are some places less expensive. But to us the facility and individual care was more important. We have been using Cathy's place since they opened several years ago.
The dog is happy to be there.
