Terrible. No Integrity. NO Service Attitude.
Unlike competitors:
a) WINDOW... up to 45 minutes from time they schedule. I've never waited more than 10 minutes with competitor.
b) NO CALLS... I almost missed my flight; never called; never apologized; drove my car.
Competitor sends an email the night before - with adjusted time - based on schedule. The one time they were going to miss that - they called me - and - assured I'd make my flight.
c) AWFUL SERVICE... ignored multiple attempts to contact them - sharing my frustration. This included emails and phone calls.
d) LACK INTEGRITY... manager refused to give me his name; unbelievable! AND, they charged my credit card anyway!
e) RUDE... take your worst image of Northeast - and put it on steroids.
BE WARNED. The price sounds great ($19.95) - but - absolutely not worth it!
