The Portillio's Beef Bus is coming to The Villages

Right now, the schedule is as follow.

3/13- St. Pats Celebration at Lake Sumter.
3/17- St. Pats Celebration at Spanish Springs
3/21-Cruise In Classic Car Show at Spanish Springs
Ednas on the Green
3/23-4/9 Ednas on the Green

This may change as the final details are being worked out. I'll keep you updated if anything changes.

What a treat if this actually takes place! I know it will be in the Orlando area, but that much time in The Villages would be unreal. Italian beef and Chicago dogs. Can't wait.

Need one built here. Mega money maker! Hot beefs, beef and sausage, and thee BEST chopped salad ever. Also serve pasta dishes in brick and motor stores called Portillo- Barnellis. Can you tell we're from Chicago? Drive to Tampa often just for lunch. Check it out!

No way am I going to any maximum density event anywhere , any place--with the amount of traveling villagers do, and with visitors descending on us, this time of the year--Portillo's are great, but better to safe than say I was dying for a Portillo's Italian Beef

The Oscar Meyer Weinermobile beat them here. Saw it yesterday at Southern Trace Publix.

According to the Portillos website today, they will be at Edna's On The Green.......March 13-16 and March 18-20.

I think that is right, the worse thing that can happen is you go someplace where you are uncomfortable. We have one or two in our neighborhood that are staying in their houses. We all take the precautions that we think are best, some will self quarantine, some will head for the trucks.
