New roof

Can anyone give me some idea of overall price for having a new roof on a 3/2 courtyard villa (1400 sq ft)? Mine is 13 years old & insurance company say I have some areas of ‘lifting, curling tiles’. I don’t want to patch it up if it’s best to have a new roof depending on cost. Thank you.

We replaced our roof with about the same size you quoted. Cost was nearly $15K, but was replaced under warranty due to storm damage. You can expect to be paying 10K-15K depending on various options and material quality you select (like gutters and the like)
