Roku frozen need help please

I have a week old Roku Streaming Stick+ | HD/4K/HDR Streaming Device with Long-range Wireless and Voice Remote with TV Controls. Tonight it froze. I have removed the power and restarted the Roku, but I cannot get it out of the frozen position. Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks.

Try this. Unplug the Roku at the electric out let and unplug it from the HDMI on the TV. Wait a few minutes and then plug those two back in. This worked for me when my Roku was frozen.

Thanks to both of you. I am ashamed to admit it was the one thing I did not check before screaming for help .... it was the batteries, new batteries~:ohdear::ohdear::ohdear:
