Changing order of pictures in TOTV album

Wanted to check if there is a way to add a picture to the middle of an album on A TOTV album?

It seems upload always puts at the beginning of album.

Along the same lines curious if I can change the order of pictures after they are uploaded?

You can select which picture for the album cover but unfortunately you can't reorder them.
