Trouble with FlyDrive Transportation - do not use them

Beware! We & our neighbors booked a bus to/from Port of Miami and the bus never showed up and we never received a call from FlyDrive. Calling to pursue a refund, they claimed that they were almost in bankruptcy and had no money. After research, we found they operate under several names: FlyRide Limousine Service, Treasure Coast, & Rent Around.

If you paid with a credit card, you have no problem. Just dispute the charge within 60 days, and your bank will credit your account. If you paid any other way, you are probably out of luck.
