View Full Version : Find old floor plan for Whispering Pine from 2006?

Can someone please help me locate a floor plan for a Whispering Pine from 2006? I can find the current plans of course but there are some differences from the older plans.

You may want to call Custom Windows & Exterior Design, Inc, 352-787-9797. They have a binder that has most of The Villages floorplans and will make you a copy, if they have it.

OP, you can usually go to the county building department and get the original plans for YOUR house, which are much more detailed than the ones the Villages hands out, I got ours, 16 pages long.

We have an Annandale, which is basically the same floor plan as a Whispering Pine. We have the floor plans from when the house was built in 2002.

That was a good try, but they told me they only are required to keep them 10 years then they discard them so they do not have my plans.

You might try Dan’s Fans in Leesburg. They have a similar binder. However, I don’t know how far the floor plans go back. They’re very nice folks. I’m sure they’ll help if they can.

Between these two, it appears the Master Walk-in closet is smaller and the laundry room was moved across the hall and is slightly smaller, and the kitchen is a foot shorter.

Is your laundry in the garage on in a laundry room? Is you kitchen open or has a wall between kitchen and living room?

I have the plan for the older model, which is the Annandale. Mine has the wall separating the kitchen from the living room and an inside laundry room. PM me if you want a copy.

Laundry is in the garage. Wall between kitchen and living room. Dinette bay goes out then comes back in. Lanai doesn't run all the way to the end of the kitchen.

Annandale is very close.
