Be very careful driving that lovely car around town.
Driving is a whole new world and experience here!
There is a regular classic car show at village square, so you definitely will not be alone.
I used to love watching the Galaxies race at Brands Hatch in UK back in the day. Fabulous beasts!

I remember driving the convertible version of it back in 1964. My girlfriend's father owned a Ford dealership...

You must of missed it when you were here on a visit. Every month there is a Cruise-In at Spanish Springs Square. Cars on display starts at 3pm and the band starts an hour earlier at 4pm.

At LSL the various car clubs, Corvette, Camaro, Thunderbird, Convertibles, etc will display the members cars around the square on Fridays throughout the year usually starting in March. Also Friday's Villages Sun newspaper has a 'Wheels' section and usually the front page highlights a Villager's collectible car. Every November there is a car show with many dealers and usually over 100 new cars on display all day Saturday & Sunday at LSL.

I have a 1925 Model T Ford and have to continually tinker with it. It is a hobby, not a business.

I try to be considerate and not make noise, emit paint fumes, etc. Major work is sent out. Neighbors are wonderful and they enjoy seeing the car.

I have a golf cart garage, so the cart, Model T and modern car fit nicely.

Without a golf cart garage, I must store ours offsite. It's a bit of a pain but less than what a house with that feature would cost us.

Also, I don't worry about driving it around TV. With classic car insurance (stated value) and the fact that my antique British "drop head" costs way less than most folks daily driver, I enjoy the drive.

I own a 65 Impala convertible here in TV. We have a lot of fun at the monthly cruise nites and car club outings. Bring it along, there are a lot of other car nuts here already. Caution...you may have to search a lot to find a house with a big enough garage. Standard garages are dinky.

You’ll fit in perfectly Mark! Don’t think you’ll have a problem loving TV. Unfortunately we don’t live in TV anymore. Sure do miss it, you’ll love it there!
