Significant increase in spouse exposure.
(hoping not to offend....just to lighten up a serious subject).

So far so good - thank goodness we have our own TV's. However tonight we are about to to sit together on the patio and have a fire in the fire pit with a toddy. I can't tell you how many times we have been able to solve the world's problems since we have imposed self quarantine.

And nine months later..., well, maybe not in TV, but elsewhere.
It also may bring about divorces.

The home quarantine had some very nice benefits. With no professional sports last weekend, I had a long conversation with a very nice woman who lives in my house with me. I didn't realize that she had as many talents as she expressed. Turns out she is a very interesting person. Also, the TV is black when turned off!

I am a little worried about putting on a few pounds. It's hard to get enough exercise at home and not living the active lifestyle. Plus, food that keeps for a while is loaded with carbs, which I usually avoid. But it is hard to get fresh fruit and vegetables as well as fresh fish and meat while social distancing.

Due to the issues, We actually are spending a little less time together than usual, wishing it was different.
Maybe for some this extra time will put things in perspective, for all, and have better quality of time together.
On a side note 10 rolls of TP left

I suspect all this togetherness with the spouses will increase demand for marriage counselors. :-))

Cycling and long walks, plus a stop at the outdoor exercise equipment.

My divorce attorney daughter has seen an uptick already. Mostly couples with children. Lots of pressure with working at home, children home and maybe even money worries. Kinda sad.

Sort of off topic but perhaps
this will foster a new respect for teachers who have 20 to 30 of those kids at the same time. And they’re just not “babysitting” they are trying to teach them. And no I am not, nor never have been, a teacher. But I did spend 30 years as an educational assistant in a high school. So I saw what teachers, students and parents did and I was always appalled by the lack of respect that teachers received.

The one bad part of always working from home is that my spouse now delivers lunch and ice water to my home office so I don't get to take a break and stroll around the house during the day.
Thank god for having a considerate spouse.
Sometimes I think she needs a trip to the drive up Bealls window just to keep her mood in check.

Hunkering down is a yearly practice for the elderly in Main and other winter snow bound northan states. It is called "Cabin Fever" it can be detrimental to psychological health. Nothing new.

Glad your not going to be going without! Your post just begs the question, how many rolls come in in the 1 pkg?!?!?! 8? 12? 18? 24? Or 36? !!!

After inside cleaning is done take a walk around the neighborhood. Each day walk a little farther. By the time this virus is over you be walking 5-8 miles per day. Great way to stay healthy.

If after less than 10 of isolation they are seeking counsel, they already had issues.

I have been going through serious withdrawals from my lap swimming addiction. I hope I don't wake up my wife in the middle of the night trying to swim backstroke in bed.

How long is this "social distancing" supposed to last? My wife keeps trying to get back in the house.
