Is anyone besides me experiencing an internet outage with Comcast? Still have TV and Phone. I am in Santiago. Connected with Verizon right now.

I'm using Comcast now in Largo but earlier this week it went out for 30m or so.
I'm sure there's a huge load on the network now with everyone pushing the enter keys at once etc

Yesterday Comcast service was slow at my house near Lopez. Everything was freezing or delay, I suspected it will go out some after. Maude if did during the night, today no problems.

I had to restart my modem this morning and that squared away all the issues I was having. Comcast has come a long way. If we ever needed them the time is now. There Outage Map shows you are not out rite now. Good Luck.

Ours was VERY slow, rebooted the modem and that took care of the issue.

Used Comcast years ago. Nothing but issues. They should change their name to "Comout"! Now I'm with Spectrum for internet and Dish for TV. Zero problems.

I was hoping spectrum would be offered north of 466, could save money for some.

we have comcast for phone and internet (using Firestick for TV)…
it's been slow lately...in fact some days is like trying to drink a thick milk shake through a swizzle straw
yesterday the internet went suddenly went down
So I unplugged the router, waited a few minutes, plugged it all back in and once is cycled up we were back in business
One can only imagine the load that is being placed on Comcast's equipment with everyone staying home and trying to keep themselves occupied

I live south of 466A in the Village of Charlotte. For the last week, usually in the late a.m., early p.m. I have been experiencing outages with the internet. Usually it doesn't last long. It just happens all of a sudden.

Comcast Television can many times be helped by using "System Refresh" which is accessed through the "A" button on your remote.

What is the reason Spectrum can't be north of 466?

I have been with Comcast for 11 years and never had any problems. Great, fast internet with no interruptions during this busy time. Just my experience and I live between 466 and 466A.

Internet is soooo slow. The curser on the computer spins and spins. So bad.

Because Comcast already laid the cable north of 466A. So they have to consider the expense laying their own cable and how many people will switch from Comcast and Century Link. I know I wouldn't switch, I'm happy with CL, been with them 9 years and have only had one outage on the internet the entire 9 years, and was caused by a lightning strike and they repaired the problem in 2 hours. I also have had fiber optic since the beginning, which is 2011, and use no modem. Plug the computer or the router directly into the wall jack.
If you're referring to television, yes, I don't have CL TV, I have Directv for 12 years. If I were to leave them, I would go with streaming, probably youtube TV and then add maybe a couple of other services.
