I can’t find the comic to post but I will describe it. It was a picture of a dog with its human. The human had a big cone on his neck and the dog was trying to console the human, telling him the cone was for his own good, so he couldn’t touch his face. What a role reversal : )

That's not funny. I had to eat Spam 2x a week during WWII, when I was a little kid. There was no meat. On a cruise a few years ago, we were joking about Spam, until the 2 couples we met informed us that they worked for Hormel and love Spam. Yuck! They told me they even have a Museum of Spam.

I called him a selfish *******, and gave him a low down about the elderly, moms, and people who need these things. Told him that he should be freaking ashamed of himself. He said: "Are you done? Cause I really need to get back to restocking the shelves now..."

I apologize for not being able to find the picture of this one, but even if I did, I would never figure out how to post it, but anyway —

I heard about a meme which is a picture of a dog trying to hide. The caption was the dog saying, “Nooooo, I do not want 10 walks a day.”

A friend told me that her dog seems to be getting tired of her working from home because she is interfering with his alone time and taking up room on the couch where he likes to stretch out and nap undisturbed.

Too bad Gary Larson retired from “The Far Side” in 1995. He did some really good cartoons about dogs. Remember the one with the dog in the car thinking he heard his owner say he was being taken to the vet to be tutored.

Every pet lover anthropomorphizes their pets, imagining what they are thinking and would be saying if they could talk.

Larson was my favorite cartoonist ever. I wish he would make a comeback. Lots of material now with all those pets having their routines upended.

I agree. I loved The Far Side, even got those daily calendars for my husband. He’d take the calendar to work, and would start every day with a chuckle. Of course, I asked him to bring home that day’s Far Side so I could see it, too.
